This is a new device for HbA1c testing (indicator of blood sugar control) named as A1CNow+®. Bayer HealthCare manufactures this device.



The American Diabetes Association (ADA) said that, glycemic control, measured through HbA1c scores, reduces the development of diabetic complications.









The HbA1c value shows the index of mean blood glucose levels over the past two to three months with significant changes in the HbA1c levels. Three-step test is required by using finger-stick or venous blood.



This new device is a small and easy-to-handle that provides immediate access to lab-quality NGSP* certified HbA1c results in just five minutes. It improves the effectiveness of diabetes care by reporting HbA1c values directly to the patient.









AICNow+ gives rapid HbA1c results with exactitude and accurateness equivalent to certified laboratories.
